2. Unlimited product demos, training, seminars, etc. at your facility (within California) as long as you own the product FOR FREE
3. Lowest pricing from any online authorized dealer
4. Free ground shipping on products (up to 50 lbs.) being delivered to destinations in California, and up to 20 lbs. in the continental United States (this does not apply to International orders)
5. Excluding special orders, if for some reason you are unhappy for products that you purchase, you can return it for a full or partial refund
