In-Situ offers two types of "Rugged Dissolved Oxygen" probes. Both probes are the same, except for the caps, which distinguish whether they will be fast responding (RDO Fast Cap) or more rugged (RDO-X Cap). The two types can be summarized as follows::

1) RDO-X (P/N: 0063450): Made for rugged environmental conditions

2) RDO Fast Cap (P/N: 0038520): Made fast responding for spot-checking

The RDO sensor uses the RDO Technology, the EPA-approved method for optical DO measurement. It provides accurate dissolved oxygen (DO) measurements to streamline monitoring in various applications.

For use with the Aqua TROLL 500 and Aqua Troll 600 multiparameter sondes, the dissolved oxygen probe is one of several interchangeable sensors, even when wet.
