Shaw's world-renowned dew point and trace moisture sensors use an Aluminum Oxide sensing technology with a measurement range down to -120C (1 ppb resolution). Products available are portable dewpoint meters, inline hygrometers, dewpoint sensors, and sampling systems. Typical applications include compressed air systems, inert gas systems, RTP, CVD, and diffusion furnaces.
