Druck’s PV624 is an automatic low-pressure controller combined with a hybrid high-pressure controller to create a range flexible pressure calibration system.
The PM620LP pressure module enables ultra-low pressure calibration down to ± 2.5 mbar (1 inH2O). Users can interchange modules to achieve a rangeable pressure calibration system.
Features:
- Fully automatic pressure generation and control mode (PM620/LP 2.5 mbar/1 inH2O to 350 mbar/5 psi)
- Works well for either low-volume or high-volume applications, and fully automatic pressure generation and control mode is test volume dependent depending on sensor type, and if the controller cannot achieve the pressure set point, the user can switch to hybrid pressure generation and control.
- Low-volume applications utilize the hybrid automatic low-pressure controller (i.e., for use with low-pressure sensor transmitters).
- High-volume applications utilize a combination of the hybrid automatic low-pressure controller and a low-pressure squeeze pump (i.e., for use with Magnahelic low-pressure gauges).
- PM620LP Low Pressure Modules
- Ranges from 2.5 mbar diff to 25 mbar diff (1 to 10 inH2O diff)
- Total uncertainty from 0.05% span
