- The SampleSmart XP utilizes the SenSmart 6000 Series Gas Detector, which accepts all of the sensor types that RC Systems offers: Catalytic Bead (CB), Electro-Chemical (EC), Infrared (IR), and Photo-Ionization-Detector (PID).
- The table below lists all of the gases detected, with the sensor characteristics for each. If some of the gas types appear multiple times, look closely. The sensor specification differs in some way, such as the min/max span, or the sensor response time.
- When configuring your 6000 Series Gas Detector online with SensorPros, you will be able to choose which sensor type for a particular gas you prefer, based upon your application. The table below is only a partial list of the gases detected. If a gas is not listed, call us and we will help you find a solution.
