  • The SenSmart 7000 Series accepts two of the four sensor technology types RC Systems manufactures:  Electro-Chemical (EC), and low-power Infrared (IR).
  • The table below lists the gases detected, with the sensor characteristics for each. If some of the gas types appear multiple times, look closely; the sensor specification differs in some way, such as the min/max span, or the sensor response time. 
  • When configuring online your 7000 Series Wireless Gas Detector with SensorPros, you will be able to choose which sensor type for a particular gas you want, based on your application.  The table below is only a partial list of the gases detected.  If a gas is not listed, please call us; we can probably help you find a solution.
