RDO BLUE IS AN OPTICAL DISSOLVED OXYGEN SENSOR DESIGNED FOR DEMANDING ENVIRONMENTS WHERE YOU NEED RELIABLE DO MEASUREMENTS AND WIDESPREAD COVERAGE TO OPTIMIZE YOUR SITE.

RDO Blue can be connected to transmitters, controllers, dataloggers, or telemetry and is appropriate for both freshwater and saltwater applications. Additionally, RDO Blue can be used in a handheld configuration for site assessments and spot checks.

• RDO® Blue uses In-Situ’s special Optical Rugged Dissolved Oxygen technology, which is an EPA-approved way to measure dissolved oxygen and temperature, even in tough conditions. This easy-to-use dissolved oxygen probe can be used by hand or left in place for a long time in both fresh and saltwater, providing strong performance at a lower price than other DO meters.
• RDO Blue requires no calibration or conditioning prior to deployment and doesn’t use membranes. The replaceable RDO Smart Sensor Cap stores calibration coefficients for automatic, error-free setup. A unique, three-layer system provides unmatched chemical and abrasion resistance.
• Use the included Modbus/RS485 communication protocol to easily integrate with PLC systems or telemetry with HydroVu data services for real-time feedback and process control.
