RPTSeriesDescription

The use of resonant structures in pressure transducers has long been recognized as producing highly stable sensors.  This is the first generation of sensors using this technology that GE Druck developed which they named the "Resonant Pressure Transducers" or RPT for short.  The RPT pressure sensing technology has since been replaced by GE Druck's latest technology of silicon pressure resonators, named the "Trenched Etched Resonating Pressure Sensor" technology, or in short "TERPS".  TERPS is more accurate and can be ranged to pressures in the hundreds of bar (thousands of PSI) ranges.
