Based on the Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technology, the TEK-FLUX 4100A is a 2-wire guided radar level transmitter that measures distance, level, mass, and volume of liquids, pastes, and slurries. It has a stainless steel housing to protect it from corrosive environments. Using a probe to guide a signal to the measured product’s surface, it can measure under challenging conditions. Dust, foam, vapor, heated surfaces, boiling surfaces, pressure, temperature, and density changes do not affect its performance. It is suitable for liquid storage and process applications and is pre-calibrated from the factory for easy installation. Hence, this device is used in various industries, including oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, metal, minerals, and mining. It has a rotatable and removable transmitter head with horizontal or vertical housing options for easy access to device terminals, including an optional display. Continuous level measurement in process or storage tanks, reactors, and pressure vessels is possible using the Tek-Flex 4100A Explosion-Proof Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitter.
