The procedure for using the software setup for either BLUETOOTH or Modbus is best viewed from the Quick Start Guide, starting at step 6.
However, a brief outline of how to set up your Tek-Wave 4300B using BLUETOOTH or Modbus is summarized below.

BLUETOOTH:

To set up your Tek-Wave 4300B, you can use an Android device using the TEK-TROL "Blueset" app found in the Google Play Store.
Alternatively, if you have an iOS device, you can use the "Blue Set" app found in the Apple App Store.

Modbus:
(requires the  TEK-TROL - ModBus Configuration Tool (4300B-CONFIG) hardware)

You can set the unit up using the Modbus Software app, but as mentioned above, it requires the 4300B-CONFIG Modbus to USB Converter, which plugs into a Windows PC.
The software download is 4300B Modbus S/W.
