The SenSmart 5000 gas detector features smart sensor technology, a color backlit LCD that changes with alarm status, sensor life indication, remote sensor mount up to 4000’, and two RS-485 ports for Modbus.  Available housings are aluminum, stainless steel, or non-metallic poly/plastic to accommodate a range of operating environments.  Certifications for hazardous locations include CSA for Class 1, Division 1 and Class 1, Division 2.  Some models are also available with heated elements for low-temperature applications.
