Each intrinsically safe pressure station is designed for stand-alone operation as a pressure generator, replacing conventional hand pumps to provide greater efficiency and ease of use. It can also be used on the workbench as a comparator.
Pressure Generation Stations:
1) PV621-IS: Intrinsic safe, pneumatic pressure generator (pressures 95% vacuum to 20 bar (300 psi))
2) PV622-IS: Intrinsic safe, pneumatic pressure generator (pressures 95% vacuum to 100 bar (1500 psi))
3) PV623-IS: Intrinsic safe, hydraulic pressure generator (pressures up to 1000 bar (15000 psi))

The PV624 is capable of automatically generating low differential pressures. When combined with a multifunction calibrator from the DPI620GENii family and a PM620LP Low Pressure Module, you have a portable low pressure calibration system. Choose from full scale ranges of ±2.5 mbar (1 inH2O), ±10 mbar (5 inH20), or ±25 mbar (1 to 10 inH2O), with total uncertainty from 0.05% span.
Druck - PM620LP - Low Pressure Modules
Used with the PV624 pressure controller. Ranges from 2.5 mbar diff to 25 mbar diff (1 to 10 inH2O diff), with total uncertainty from 0.05% Span. The PM620LP has a true differential measurement via a fitted barbed low pressure (LP) connector and is supplied with 1 x barbed high pressure (HP) connector to fit a PV624 test port, 1 x equalizing valve, and 1M (3.3 ft) length of silicon twin tubing.
