Shaw Moisture Meters
Shaw's world-renowned dew point and trace moisture sensors use an Aluminum Oxide sensing technology with a measurement range down to -120C (1 ppb resolution). Products available are portable dewpoint meters, inline hygrometers, dewpoint sensors, and sampling systems. Typical applications include compressed air systems, inert gas systems, RTP, CVD, and diffusion furnaces.

Shaw - Dewpoint Sensor
Dewpoint Sensor Technology. SHAW – the original and the best. This sensor must be used in conjunction with a SHAW hygrometer (Model SADP, SDHmini, or SuperDew 3).
Shaw - Flow Meter (P/N: FLIN)
All Stainless Steel, provides a visual indication and fine control of sample flow. The unit is calibrated for the range 1 to 10 L/min air at normal temperature and pressure.

Shaw - Superdew 3 Hygrometer Display
Single-channel inline hygrometer housed in a panel-mounted IP54 enclosure), is designed to measure dewpoint in process gases and compressed air. Connects to the "The SHAW Moisture Sensor" (and not the Acudew or SDH-Ex).
Shaw - Pressure Regulator (PRV Series)
Model PRV, pressure regulator, is used for accurate control of pressure at all important points in a sample system. Two regulators are available for maximum inlet pressures of 200 bar (3000 psi) and 400 bar (6000 psi).
